FAQS

CLINICAL CAREERS FAQ

  • What is the expected caseload for new clinicians?

Our clinicians are required to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week. This allows for a consistent professional presence while providing you with the flexibility to determine your own work-life balance within the private practice setting.

  • How are clinical records and client payments managed?

We utilize SimplePractice as our primary EMR for clinical notes, treatment plans, and summaries. Clinicians are responsible for overlooking client payments and ensuring all intake forms are completed prior to the first therapy session.

  • Do you offer support for pre-licensed therapists?

Yes, we accept Master’s level clinicians who are working toward their full licensure. Our practice follows standard industry patterns for clinical mentorship and growth within a supportive professional environment.
